Delete your account

This page explains how to request the deletion of your PaceRivals account, a service operated by Manuel Aranda Rosales, and of the personal data associated with it.

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

1. Open PaceRivals and log in.
2. Go to the Profile section.
3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

Your account and your data are permanently deleted as soon as you confirm.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account at hola@pacerivals.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Account data: name and email address.
• Activities imported from Apple Health or Health Connect (distance, duration and workouts).
• Achievements, streaks, groups and rankings linked to your user.
• Profile photo and content created in the app (group names, challenges, duels).

What data is kept, and for how long

Purchase and billing records for subscriptions are kept only for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law. Once that period ends, they are deleted. The rest of your personal data is permanently deleted when your request is processed.
