PaceRivals (hereinafter "the app" or "the service") is a digital social running competition service operated by Manuel Aranda Rosales (hereinafter "we" or "the provider"). The service is provided through the mobile apps for iOS and Android. The website pacerivals.com is the product's information page.

By creating an account, installing the app or using the service, you accept these terms and conditions in full, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.
PaceRivals lets you compete privately with your friends through:
The service imports your sports activity from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), always with your explicit permission.
PaceRivals offers a free plan with limited features (creating 1 group of your own —joining groups is unlimited—, weekly ranking, 2 custom challenges and 3 duels a month, history of the last 4 weeks).
The Premium plan includes unlimited groups, unlimited custom challenges and duels, access to the exclusive Legend and Mythic routes, and your full activity history.

Prices may vary depending on your country and the exchange rate; the final amount is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase.
We offer a 7-day free trial at the start of your first Premium subscription. If you do not cancel before the 7 days are up, the subscription renews automatically and you are charged for the plan you chose.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). To cancel, go to the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
You keep Premium access until the end of the billed period.
Refunds are handled under the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play, not directly by PaceRivals. To request a refund, contact the support team of the relevant store.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
You are responsible for the content you create in the app (group names, challenge descriptions, duel messages, profile photo, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content within the service for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms, the rights of others or applicable law.
PaceRivals shows physical activity data imported from external sources (Apple Health on iOS, Health Connect on Android). We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of this data, which depends on the source devices and services.
PaceRivals is not a medical app. The information it shows must not be used to diagnose, prevent or treat any disease. Consult a medical professional before starting any exercise programme.
All intellectual property rights in the service (code, design, brand, content created by us) belong to Manuel Aranda Rosales. No licence to these elements is granted beyond normal use of the service.
The service integrates with third-party platforms (Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Sign in with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple App Store, Google Play, Railway). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for changes to or interruptions of these services that affect how PaceRivals works.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PaceRivals shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or any harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
This limitation does not affect the consumer rights granted by applicable law, in particular for users residing in the European Union.
You can delete your account at any time from the "Profile" section of the app. Your data will be erased within a maximum of 30 days, except for data we must keep due to legal obligations (for example, invoicing).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, without any entitlement to a refund of the current subscription.
We may change these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through a notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence, where applicable, or otherwise to those of the provider.
As a consumer in the European Union, you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
